About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison is hiring a Retail Team Member to provide friendly guest service and contribute to food and beverage operations in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role focuses on creating a positive guest experience, maintaining clean and safe spaces, and delivering quality food and service. Training is provided, with opportunities for internal promotion and career development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and coachability.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, build relationships, understand their needs, and provide friendly service.
• Prepare, sell, and help guests find food items while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Address guest and teammate needs, resolve issues, and communicate possible improvements.
• Keep guest areas, restrooms, kitchen areas, and equipment clean and uphold brand standards.
• Operate a cash register, handle payments and change accurately, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and inventory, complete marketing promotions, and perform multiple tasks as needed.
• Personalize guest experiences, serve food and drink samples, explain offerings and promotions, assist with Made to Order kiosks and orders, and support loyalty program enrollment.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards, follow recipes and brand standards, and support food ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
• Learn to prepare handcrafted beverages using designated coffee equipment and selected beans.
