About The Position

The RTE Operator is the primary operator of an assigned machine in the packaging department. The operator runs equipment according to company guidelines and procedures and ensures food products are packaged safely and sanitarily. This is a full-time, first-shift position at Landmark Snacks LLC in Beatrice, Nebraska, with a listed hourly pay range of $17.00–$20.50.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment.
• Complete all scheduled operator tasks daily.
• Work closely with supervisors, leads, and maintenance.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve efficient output.
• Complete documentation and record keeping using Food Safe.
• Use the weekly schedule.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Provide oversight of personnel.
• Follow allergen separation guidelines.
