Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
At least one year of warehouse, distribution, or related work experience is preferred.
Ability to read and understand English.
Basic math and number recognition skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a production driven environment.

Responsibilities

Pick customer orders using an RF scanner or pick tickets with speed and accuracy.
Verify product descriptions, quantities, sizes, and units of measure.
Inspect, quality check, and carefully pack outgoing shipments.
Meet daily shipping and productivity goals.
Receive incoming shipments and identify discrepancies.
Stock, organize, and rotate inventory.
Replenish warehouse supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse best practices.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Work overtime when business needs require.
