Interviews customers, gathers information, and records interview information into a computer for customer service. Fosters a positive attitude toward retailers and home buyers, answers incoming phone calls and e-mail inquiries, and interfaces between homeowners, retailers, and Champion Home Builders to resolve warranty issues. Interprets and explains warranty coverage, writes accurate service orders and parts orders for contractors and technicians, and manages warranty work using proprietary software. Also responsible for sending weekly reports to retailers, creating material invoices for retailer purchases, ordering and tracking materials, and filing.
