Answers incoming phone calls and e-mail inquiries. Interfaces between homeowners, retailers, and Champion Home Builders to resolve warranty issues. Interprets and explains warranty coverage to retailers and homeowners. Writes accurate service orders and parts orders for contractors and technicians to complete warranty work. Takes ownership of specific individual duties as assigned by supervisors. Able to work without close supervision. Manages warranty work using proprietary software. Sends weekly reports to retailers. Creates material invoices for retailer purchases. Orders and tracks materials. Filing. Ability to read blueprints.
