Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners. Through the work that we do, we help to build, fuel, feed and grow Western Canadian communities together.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts including week-ends and holidays
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and positive team player attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
  • Ability to work independently and as a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a retail setting is not compulsory but is an asset

Responsibilities

  • To ensure high level of customer service is provided at all times
  • To be professional, friendly and courteous in the work environment
  • To ensure adherence to merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and housekeeping standards
  • To adhere to Meadow Lake Co-op Policies & Procedures and the asset protection program
  • To participate in all OH&S requirements, and be knowledgeable about the compliance with OH&S policies, procedures and legislation
  • Bag purchases for customers at the till or for delivery
  • Be knowledgeable and answer questions about products and their source
  • Other duties as assigned
