First Shift Warehouse Team Leader

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of the action while also leading others. Our Warehouse Team Leader is a working leader who helps keep daily operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting employees and working closely with other departments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of shipping/warehouse experience
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Narrow Aisle Deep Reach truck experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using warehouse systems, scanners, computers, and common business technology
- Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, or weekends when business needs require
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse activities and help ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
- Prioritize workload and keep workflow moving throughout the shift
- Coordinate and monitor employees involved in warehouse operations and material movement
- Promote a safe work environment and help identify and correct safety concerns
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with investigating discrepancies
- Ensure warehouse equipment, scanners, systems, and tools are being used properly
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
- Work closely with Shipping, Receiving, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Transportation, and management
- Set clear expectations, support team members, and help maintain a positive, productive work environment
