About The Position

You will lead warehouse operations, oversee inventory, team management, and customer service for commercial projects. You will also ensure timely, accurate order processing, shipping, and documentation while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will need to be proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office. You must have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. The work schedule for this role will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team assigned to warehouse projects.
  • Oversee all warehousing processes, ensuring operations are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate electronic inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Manage daily workflows, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with operations teams and clients, both in person and through phone or email communication.
  • Maintain detailed documentation.
  • Schedule inventory requests.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Use handheld scanners and inventory software to process and ship orders.
  • Ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods meet quality and packing standards.
  • Verify shipments against pick tickets, invoices, and bills of lading/invoices.
  • Oversee fleet, equipment, and tool management.
  • Supervise warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Operate lift trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Load and unload inventory as needed.
  • Focus on safety, fulfillment accuracy, and meeting production standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned depending on the warehouse, time of year, and team needs.

  • A $1,000 sign-on bonus will be provided in two payments: The first payment of $500 will be paid after successful completion of 90 days of employment. The second payment of $500 will be paid after successful completion of 6 months of employment.
