Requirements
- Experience of supporting the management of a warehouse, stock distribution center, or busy goods-in department.
- IT literate, including use of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Able to independently make decisions.
- Well organized and focused.
- Able to communicate with internal and external partners.
- Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.
- Supports all inventory counts at the warehouse.
Nice To Haves
- Use of plant machinery including (but not limited to) forklifts, high reach equipment, and pallet trucks (training on our specific machinery will be provided).
- Experience of licensed products.
- Interest in film and television, and if possible, Warner Bros.’ Wizarding World franchise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the warehouse team as they undertake activity including processing incoming inventory, stock movement, and outgoing orders to the store.
- Engaging employees, making sure goals are met, and communicating priorities.
- Support the recruitment of warehouse operatives and support training and ongoing development.
- Help manage the efficient flow of inventory through the business and a safe and healthy working environment.
- Monitor the safe use of machinery and equipment across the site.
- Support the processing of paperwork for deliveries and purchase orders.
- Makes sure that any stock moved around site is recorded in our warehouse management system.
- Ensure inventory orders are picked accurately and efficiently by the team (and themselves).
