About The Position

This role is part of our ET/UT product line. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and providing operational support to the warehouse team. He or she also performs various tasks related to receiving materials, managing inventory, preparing bins, and identifying materials. He or she ensures compliance with internal procedures and quality system requirements, and maintains the warehouse’s operational efficiency. Be a part of something bigger. Requirements

  • Vocational Studies Diploma (D.E.P.) or High School Diploma (D.E.S.) with relevant experience.
  • Three years of experience as a warehouse clerk in a manufacturing environment
  • At least one year of experience as a team leader or foreman in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of people management.
  • Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing operations;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems;
  • Knowledge of WHMIS;

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAP (an asset).

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, support, and oversight of the team’s work in accordance with the objectives set by the supervisor.
  • Coordinate the assignment of daily tasks, the distribution of work, and the management of operational priorities.
  • Attend daily production team meetings.
  • Develop and adapt the role in response to new internal demands and organizational objectives.
  • Manage all warehouse operations: cleanliness, organization, material identification, and control of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Participate in team tasks as required.
  • Perform required transactions in the manufacturing system and update inventories.
  • Prepare bins for production.
  • Check Kanban boards to identify items that need to be replenished or completed.
  • Conduct audits related to daily warehouse operations.
  • Comply with Eddyfi quality system procedures and requirements.
  • Perform any other related tasks as needed.
