Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and support warehouse associates, movers, and helpers assigned to warehouse operations.
Coordinate the receiving, storage, inventory tracking, and release of customer household goods and commercial assets.
Ensure all items are properly tagged, documented, inventoried, and stored according to company procedures.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, security, and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Oversee loading and unloading of moving trucks, containers, and storage vaults.
Ensure proper handling, packing, wrapping, and protection of customer property to minimize damage claims.
Enforce company safety policies, warehouse security procedures, and OSHA compliance standards.
Train new warehouse employees on company procedures, equipment operation, and safe lifting techniques.
Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching to improve performance and efficiency.
Coordinate with Dispatch, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure timely storage, deliveries, and releases.
Inspect warehouse equipment, lifts, racking systems, and storage areas to identify maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory, customer storage accounts, and warehouse transactions.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damages, incidents, and safety concerns.
Assist management with scheduling, staffing, and workflow planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding security, confidentiality, and customer property protection.
