About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to manage the daily operations of a Logistics Center cost-effectively while meeting internal and external customer needs. The role leads warehouse and logistics operations, supporting a productive and efficient team and helping satisfy customer demands.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to monitor daily production goals and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
• Proven conflict-resolution skills and ability to manage team dynamics.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and frequently walk, carry, reach, stand, and stoop.
• Selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening after accepting an offer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational flow, including incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide training, and escalate employee issues when necessary.
• Mentor team members and monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support productivity, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare operational reports to inform decision-making.
• Monitor daily production goals and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
