Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this individual is responsible for leading the team to deliver excellent customer service consistent with Trail Appliances expectations by driving the overall improvement of all warehouse duties, customer service, techniques and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years warehouse experience (leading a team of 5 or more individuals)
  • Stand-up/Sit-down counter balance experience and certification. Carton Clamp operation desired.
  • Experience with Reach Truck operation
  • Minimum Grade 12 Education
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills in regards to customer service, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous
  • Ability to establish priorities, work and think independently and in a team-setting, handle multiple ongoing issues and achieve objectives without direct supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of reverse logistics would be an asset

  • Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team
