About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The position sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. This is a permanent, part-time position with an average schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.; hours may vary. The pay rate is $26.25 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
Management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
Facilitate training for new and current employees.
Ensure employees comply with safety policies and procedures and with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
