About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the receiving and distribution of raw materials and coordinates production flow within a shift. The role works with carrier representatives to arrange material deliveries and issue instructions, implements process and procedure changes to improve efficiency, and helps warehouse employees load and unload trucks as needed. The supervisor maintains an organized, clean work area and follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Regular attendance and punctuality are required.

The work takes place in a warehouse where conditions may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F. The position requires repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages weighing more than 80 pounds. Production demands may require overtime and evening or weekend scheduling. The position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals and performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience in a supervisory position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience.
• Basic PC skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills and leadership ability.
