About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the receiving and distribution of raw materials and coordinates production flow within a shift. The role involves arranging material deliveries with carrier representatives, implementing process improvements, and assisting warehouse employees with loading and unloading trucks as needed. The supervisor maintains an organized, clean work area and follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Regular attendance and punctuality are required. Production demands may require overtime and evening or weekend scheduling. The position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals and performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience in a supervisory position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience.
• Basic PC skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production flow within a shift.
• Contact carrier representatives to arrange and issue instructions for material deliveries.
• Implement process and procedure changes to increase efficiency.
• Assist warehouse employees with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
