About The Position

Sodexo InReach is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Santa Clara, CA branch. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing warehousing operations, which include receiving, stocking, and production. The supervisor will also be tasked with safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security and safety policies and procedures. Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year experience warehouse leadership
Strong task management and organizational skills
Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities
Solid technical skills, Microsoft Word & Excel (Intermediate level)

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, scheduling, and staffing as needed.
Monitor and streamline procedures for warehousing, distribution, and financial forecasting to meet production and distribution needs.
Direct activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, safety, and customer service
Direct the movement, storage and processing of inventory to achieve maximum efficiency.
FIFO (first in first out) processes with shipping and receiving duties and including daily cycle counts.
