About The Position

Johnson Brothers is a family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer that has delivered service since 1953. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees outbound shipping activities on the mid shift, ensuring customer orders are filled accurately and completely. The role leads selection and replenishment personnel and helps ensure warehouse work is completed efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage oneself, and stay motivated to meet deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift certification and experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule order selection and replenishment.
• Hire and train selection and replenishment personnel.
• Manage and develop shift personnel.
• Maintain quality standards for order selection.
• Oversee payroll.
• Maintain safety activities for the shift.
• Manage product loading and unloading to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Perform other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
