Mid Shift Warehouse Associate
About The Position
As part of Rampart Supply’s distribution team, the Warehouse Associate performs assigned inbound, outbound, and support functions to help process outgoing orders accurately and safely, improve operational efficiency, and support customer satisfaction and retention. Tasks may include order picking, staging and shipping, location maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds or facility maintenance. The role requires a customer- and team-oriented approach, with a focus on serving customers and supporting coworkers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., or until the job is done. The position is in Denver, Colorado, and applicants must live within commuting distance; relocation is not provided. The job posting states that the position will remain open until October 22, 2026, or until filled, whichever is later.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One to two years of previous work experience.
- Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including standing, walking, repetitive hand and arm use, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting or carrying loads up to and over 100 pounds.
- Vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
- Must live within commuting distance of the Denver location; relocation is not provided.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- One to two years of forklift experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Use an RF gun to pull materials and assemble customer orders from stock.
- Use the packing station to place and correctly label orders on pallets or shelves.
- Pack or repack boxes, palletize orders, bundle or band pipe, and shrink-wrap pallets or crates.
- Meet customer specifications and verify item identification, quantity, and condition.
- Complete housekeeping tasks and assist with building and area maintenance as assigned.
- Keep shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and the overall work area clean and orderly; remove debris, sweep, dust, and mop.
- Organize the warehouse and work area for orderliness.
- Wear appropriate safety equipment and ensure supplies and equipment are in good condition.
- Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations, and report unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
- Perform yard maintenance.
