About The Position

American Bolt Corporation in New Berlin, WI is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role is for an experienced, hands-on leader in a warehouse or manufacturing setting with a goal-oriented, servant leader mindset. The position involves people leadership and creating a high-performing team culture. This is a full-time hourly position, working Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexibility to operating hours 6am - 7:30pm needed. The Warehouse Supervisor will work in tandem with another working Warehouse Supervisor, dividing people and operations/warehouse management responsibilities. This role will split the people management of approximately 33-35 people, overseeing 17-19 employees.

Tech savvy - know and extensively used ERP or WMS systems.

High school diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years' warehouse experience.
At least 1 year in a leadership or lead role; or equivalent combination of required education, training, and experience.
