About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor performs day-to-day supervision of a warehouse or distribution center and oversees assigned Warehouse Specialists and related support staff. The role coordinates with procurement, suppliers, warehouse personnel, and freight shipping to ensure materials meet mission-critical schedules. It also prepares and tracks applications and documentation related to ITAR and EAR licenses, TAA’s, and other agreements; conducts training on inventory management systems, forklifts, and export compliance; and maintains current knowledge of relevant regulations, procedures, practices, and contract requirements, including FAR and DFAR. The position may participate in special projects as required. This is an onsite role in Chula Vista, California, with 40 scheduled hours per week and no required travel. U.S. citizenship is required. The likely salary range is $61,402–$80,500, although compensation may vary based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least 5 years of related experience.
Skills in inventory management, operations, and supervision.
U.S. citizenship required.
