About The Position
Hillman Flooring & Design has served custom home builders and homeowners across North Georgia for 35 years. We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team and keep our materials moving accurately and on time to job sites.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly and handle heavy boxed flooring & material
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow work orders accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or construction materials experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Flooring industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and check in incoming flooring shipments (carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, and installation materials)
- Organize and maintain inventory so materials are easy to find and properly stored
- Pull, stage, and load materials for installation crews based on daily work orders
- Cut carpet and pad to size as needed
- Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate with the operations team about shortages, damaged goods, or delivery issues
- Make deliveries to job sites, if needed.
