About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor performs day-to-day supervision of a warehouse or distribution center and supervises assigned Warehouse Specialists and related support staff. The role coordinates with procurement, suppliers, warehouse personnel, and freight shipping to ensure materials meet mission-critical schedules. It prepares and tracks applications and other documentation related to ITAR and EAR licenses, TAA agreements, and other agreements; conducts training on the inventory management system, forklift operation, and export compliance; and maintains current knowledge of relevant regulations, procedures, practices, and contract requirements, including FAR and DFAR. The position also participates in special projects as required. This is an onsite role in Chula Vista, California, with 40 scheduled weekly hours and no travel required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• US citizenship is required.
• Skills in inventory management, operations, and supervision.
