About The Position

Schroeder Moving is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of our New Berlin warehouse operations. You'll lead the warehouse team, manage inventory, improve processes, and make sure everything is where it needs to be when our crews need it. This isn't a desk-only job. You'll be leading from the floor, solving problems, coaching your team, and making things happen.

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
• Clear communication skills and ability to hold people accountable.
• Comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and behind the scenes.
• Forklift experience/certification - or willingness to get certified (training provided).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required.
• Pre-employment and random drug testing required.

Nice To Haves

• An associate degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is a plus, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, staging, inventory, and shipping.
• Assign work, set expectations, coach employees, and hold the team accountable.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and quickly resolve discrepancies.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and develop practical SOPs.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure equipment is properly used and maintained.
• Work closely with dispatch and operations to make sure jobs are prepared and ready to go.
• Help manage staffing and workload during busy seasons.
