About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate will bring proven warehouse experience, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is key to maintaining accuracy, workflow, and team productivity.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of verifiable warehouse experience required
Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfortable using warehouse management systems and performing intermediate computer tasks

Nice To Haves

associate degree or higher preferred
Previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse environment strongly preferred
Experience with Magaya Cargo System a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise and actively participate in receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments
Oversee accurate picking, staging, and preparation of orders for outbound shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments; resolve discrepancies or damages
Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and audits
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members to meet performance goals
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
