About The Position
TA Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive team performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, inventory control, and safety. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is for our Greenwood, IN warehouse, with a requirement to travel to Columbus for training until August.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
- Proficient in warehouse management systems; Oracle and/or ASC experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to meet productivity and quality standards
- Resolve shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, and damaged goods promptly
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on performance, productivity, and attendance
- Support process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Coordinate and communicate daily workload with team members and departments
