Requirements

Associates degree or 2+ years in a supervisory/team lead role in warehousing or distribution
Inventory Management Experience is Required
Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills —able to delegate tasks, make decisions, and resolve issues effectively
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment with fluctuating workloads
Excellent attention to detail & quality control
Punctuality & reliability —consistent attendance is a must

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping operations.
Ensure accuracy, productivity, and efficiency in daily warehouse functions.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and service level agreements.
Assign work schedules and direct daily warehouse activities.
Lead, train, and provide performance feedback to team members.
Work alongside the team, assisting in warehouse tasks when needed.
Monitor warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare daily reports on productivity, shipping, and warehouse performance.
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and workflow efficiency.
