About The Position

McDonald's largest supply chain partner worldwide. This is a 3rd Shift position, working from 8pm to 8am, with a 4-day set schedule and 3 consecutive days off. The assigned schedule is subject to change, and the training schedule may differ from the assigned schedule. This exempt position offers compensation based on experience, ranging from $67k to $71k annually. Employees can earn 3.5 weeks of paid time off (PTO) within their first year and have the potential for an annual bonus. Requirements

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes daily manpower requirements for the current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conducts daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions.
• Assigns daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service, and productivity and reliability requirements are met.
• Manages work flows efficiently.
• Provides training, support, and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
• Maintains statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
