About The Position

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations on the 2nd shift in Findlay, Ohio. This hands-on leadership role oversees team performance, safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and overall shift execution. The role calls for warehouse leadership experience, including a background in forklift operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and team development. The work location is in person. Requirements

At least 3 years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience.
At least 2 years of forklift experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

WMS, inventory, shipping, receiving, or scanning experience.
3PL, logistics, distribution, or warehouse experience.
Experience with inventory control, shipping documentation, and trailer verification.
Experience training and developing warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and support warehouse team members on the 2nd shift.
Coordinate workflow to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
Operate a forklift as needed for loading, unloading, staging, and material movement.
Train, coach, and develop team members.
Monitor performance and address operational issues.
Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
Support accurate inventory movement, scanning, and system transactions.
Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
Verify trailers and equipment are safe for loading.
Complete shipping documentation and system updates.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
