PM Warehouse Supervisor

About The Position

The PM Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising personnel who receive product, pull orders, load trucks for next-day delivery, and process related paperwork. The supervisor works as a team member within the department and organization and performs assigned duties to serve the company. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, starting at 1:00 PM and continuing until the end of the shift. Salary is $60,000 or more, depending on experience, with 10% bonus potential.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.

Nice To Haves

Associate or two-year technical degree in business management, logistics, or a related area.
4–6 years of warehouse experience within the foodservice industry.
Supervisory experience.
OSHA forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, guidance, establishing job standards, and evaluating performance.
Ensure orders are pulled accurately, completely, and on time, and loaded in full in the correct stop sequence on assigned trucks and trailers; complete required paperwork.
Ensure product received during the shift is stocked properly and first-in/first-out stock rotation procedures are followed.
Model a strong service-quality ethic and ensure associates understand their roles in meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Coordinate pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
Use the company’s warehouse management system and other available technologies to maximize productivity; analyze warehouse productivity and recommend changes.
Manage building security by locking the warehouse and setting alarms after the night shift.
Ensure safe operation of material-handling equipment and comply with company health and safety programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
