About The Position

Mitchell Companies is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of beverage products. This position plays a key role in leading warehouse employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, promoting safety, and ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, manage competing priorities, solve problems, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Experience in the beverage industry
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Lead, train, and support warehouse employees to promote strong performance and productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and other departments to meet customer demand and ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse operations, inventory, and employee performance
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
• Address and resolve issues related to product quality, safety, and inventory discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned by management
