About The Position

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing prompt, excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. This role involves greeting customers, answering questions, explaining wash options, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The supervisor must be able to handle inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner, and perform all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties. They are expected to work weekends, demonstrate responsibility when the Site Manager is off-site, and enforce all safety policies. Understanding the functions of all chemical room equipment, assisting with repairs, and cleaning solenoids are also key responsibilities. The position requires reporting to work on time and adhering to the dress and appearance code.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
Ability to work as a team.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions.
Ability to work in damp and humid conditions.
Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
Ability to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.

Nice To Haves

Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Satisfactorily completes all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties.
Works weekends.
Demonstrates responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
Enforces all safety policies.
Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
Cleans out solenoid.
Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
Performs customer interaction (60%).
Performs site upkeep (cleaning/maintaining) (30%).
Performs opening/closing procedures (5%).
Performs basic troubleshooting (5%).
