Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of safety and productivity, and mentoring a team of associates to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, specifically within fulfillment.
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computerized applications like spreadsheets and databases.
  • Proven ability in monitoring daily production goals, meeting KPIs, and resolving conflicts to manage team dynamics effectively.
  • Physical readiness to lift at least 40 lbs and work in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports while monitoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety to ensure high efficiency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory while tracking operational reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and safety regulations by monitoring and correcting at-risk behaviors and maintaining a secure work environment.
