About The Position

The Warehouse Specialist supports warehouse and logistics operations, including DSP operations, third-party warehouse activities, cross-border logistics from China to global markets, and regional fleet operations. The role is responsible for maintaining company standards, improving service quality and operational performance, managing budgets and team KPIs, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Daily responsibilities also include operational oversight, emergency response, and continuous optimization of collection models and processes. Different supervisors oversee various tasks, and on-the-job training is provided through a rotational approach.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Bilingual Mandarin required.
At least 1 year of experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist DSP operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee third-party warehouse activities to support consistency and reliability.
Coordinate cross-border logistics from China to global markets.
Lead budget management and team KPIs.
Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
Design training to improve service quality.
Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources.
Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
