Warehouse Specialist - OKC
About The Position
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to supervise and assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staffs, ensuring compliance with company standards. This role involves developing and enforcing quality assurance protocols, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement. The specialist will oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability, coordinate logistics between warehouses, and lead budget management and team KPIs. Responsibilities also include conducting daily control meetings, performance reviews, recruiting qualified DSPs/Staffing Agencies, providing onboarding, and designing training to improve service quality. The role oversees regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control, managing in-house and outsourced vehicle resources, and continuously optimizing collection models and processes. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, handle daily operations, and emergency responses. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Bilingual Mandarin required
- Minimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
