About The Position

This role involves supervising and assisting operations of DSPs and warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company standards. The specialist will develop and enforce quality assurance protocols, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include overseeing warehouse activities for consistency and reliability, coordinating logistics between warehouses, leading budget management and team KPIs, and conducting daily control meetings and performance reviews. The role also involves recruiting qualified DSPs/Staffing Agencies, providing onboarding, and designing training to improve service quality. Additionally, the specialist will oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control, manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources, and continuously optimize collection models and processes. Coordination with internal teams and external partners, along with handling daily operations and emergency responses, are also crucial aspects of this position. The shift for this role is 6 AM - 2 PM.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Bilingual Mandarin required
Minimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
