About The Position

The Warehouse Specialist assists with daily warehouse operations, including sorting, loading, and unloading, while ensuring compliance with company standards. The role oversees warehouse activities and regional fleet operations, supports task distribution and cost control, and works to optimize collection models and processes. It also coordinates with internal teams and external partners, handles daily operations and emergency responses, and helps maintain reliable service through quality assurance and continuous improvement.

The specialist conducts daily control meetings and performance reviews, recruits and onboards qualified staff, and designs training to improve service quality. Different supervisors oversee various tasks, with on-the-job training provided through a rotational approach. The stated shifts are 2:00 PM–10:30 PM or 7:00 PM–3:30 AM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Bilingual Mandarin required.
• At least 1 year of experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
