Warehouse Specialist - 1st Shift Monday thru Friday 7am-3:30pm
About The Position
The Warehouse Specialist performs tasks involved in producing the company’s products, including handling metal sheets, rods, coils, rounds, and beams. The position follows standard work methods and safe work practices to support efficient and safe production. It uses floor-level and overhead heavy equipment, including cranes, mills, saws, shears, forklifts, and CNC machines. The role also involves general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse and machines, along with other duties as assigned. The position works weekday mornings and afternoons on the stated first-shift schedule. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half.
Requirements
- Regular attendance, punctuality, and dependability.

- Arithmetic skills, including understanding fractions, weights, and measurements.
- Written and verbal communication, information sharing, and English language proficiency.
- Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Reading comprehension.

- Knowledge of HAZMAT handling and cleanup procedures.
- Equipment and tool safety awareness and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Loading skills.
- Experience or familiarity with powered machinery, including overhead cranes and forklifts, and moving parts.
