Warehouse Specialist - 3rd Shift
About The Position
Steel and Pipe Supply is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for its third-shift operation in Jonesburg, Missouri. The role involves handling steel materials and supporting safe, efficient daily warehouse operations. Employees follow work instructions, use hand tools, and work with a team in an active industrial warehouse environment. The work requires standing and walking for up to eight hours a day, frequently lifting, pushing, or pulling materials weighing up to 51 pounds, working around dirt and exposure to the elements, and adapting to changing priorities. The company emphasizes dependability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work practices. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., with overtime opportunities. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, consisting of $20.00 base pay plus a $3.50 shift differential. Employees are paid weekly and may participate in quarterly profit sharing.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Be able to follow instructions and use hand tools.
- Be able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing and walking for up to eight hours a day and frequently lifting, pushing, or pulling materials weighing up to 51 pounds.
- Be dependable, work well with others, and follow safe work practices.
