About The Position

Steel and Pipe Supply is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for its Jonesburg, Missouri warehouse. The role involves handling steel materials and supporting daily warehouse operations safely and efficiently. Employees follow work instructions, use hand tools, and work with a team in an active industrial warehouse environment. The steel supplied supports projects such as farm equipment, powerline towers, storage tanks, and stadium frames. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, paid weekly, with quarterly profit-sharing and overtime opportunities. The work requires standing and walking for up to eight hours a day and frequently lifting, pushing, or pulling materials weighing up to 51 pounds. The environment may involve dirt and exposure to the elements. The company emphasizes hard work, respect, teamwork, and safe work practices.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Have basic math, reading, and computer skills.
Be able to follow instructions and use hand tools.
Be able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing and walking for up to eight hours a day and frequently lifting, pushing, or pulling materials weighing up to 51 pounds.
Be dependable, work well with others, and follow safe work practices.
Be comfortable working around dirt and exposure to the elements.
