About The Position

FNS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist who is bilingual in English and Korean. This role involves coordinating and arranging import/export services, communicating with various stakeholders, managing financial aspects of shipments, maintaining operational data, and overseeing Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and arrange all modes of import/export services for international goods.
Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and others) to process shipments.
Expedite clearance and delivery to meet clients' requirements, and manage A/R and A/P.
Maintain and compile operational information, including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.
Provide daily activity reports to management.
Manage and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations and inventory records.
