We are seeking a Warehouse, Shipping & Safety Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse and logistics operations in West Caldwell, NJ. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, shipping processes, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, managing a growing team, and ensuring a high level of service to our customers. In this role, you will take ownership of our warehouse operations, shipping processes, and safety standards, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and a high level of customer satisfaction. You won’t just manage operations — you will improve, build, and lead.
