About The Position

Oversee daily warehouse staff/operations ensuring that all outgoing orders are accurate, packed correctly, shipped correctly and processed in the system of record. What you will be responsible for: Ensure that all warehouse personnel follow policies and procedures for inventory-handling. Direct warehouse personnel as necessary. Inspect outgoing material against shipping paperwork. Ensure material is packed according to the requirement of the order. Verify outgoing orders to repair vendors are accurate Schedule pickup from commercial carriers Responsible for maintaining accuracy of the MIS and accuracy of the physical inventory. All other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Must have at least 4 years of related experience and/or training.
Experience in supply management and logistical support functions
Must have an understanding of Military Supply Chain processes and inventory practices.
Ability to obtain a government CAC and a Secret Security Clearance (as required).
Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and bar code equipment.
Must have great organization, communications and time management skills.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and comply with OSHA standards
Must be able to work 1st shift, and must be able to work overtime as needed.
