As a Shipping Lead, you are part of the Shipping team that ensures the shipping functions at your facility run in an efficient manner to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Requirements

At least six months of warehouse experience
Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
Strong planning and execution skills
Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results
Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organization
Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures
High School Diploma - General Studies

Responsibilities

Distribute outbound loads to the Selectors for selection of product
Ensure that trailers are at the correct doors in a timely fashion
Communicate trailer temperature needs and verify as correct
Work with the Warehouse management to ensure all dispatch times are met for outbound loads
Work with the Shipping Clerks to closely manage all shipping functions
Enter and adjust information in the WMS system to ensure accurate information is transmitted to the necessary personnel
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
