Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven background in general shipping and warehousing.
Direct experience processing shipments on freight carrier sites is a must.
Strong verbal and written skills for effective collaboration.
A collaborative spirit and a drive to work within a stable, growing, and environmentally sensitive organization.
Superb time management and the ability to hit hard deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal direction while staying aligned with the team.
Ability to stay calm and focused when priorities shift, maintaining a high level of accuracy under pressure.
A "measure twice, cut once" approach to data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

Process domestic freight orders on carrier sites to generate precise Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping labels.
Act as a liaison for the Sales team, securing and processing both international and domestic freight quotes.
Generate essential international export documentation to ensure seamless border crossings.
Maintain a "team-first" mentality, providing general support and performing other duties as needed to meet shifting company priorities.
