Warehouse Shipping Associate - 2nd Shift
About The Position
The Shipping Associate is responsible for consolidating customer orders and preparing them for shipping by specific carrier. This role involves participating in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals, filling customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and stacking boxes on pallets to be loaded onto trucks, ensuring pallets are stretch-wrapped correctly. The associate will use computer hardware and software to generate shipping labels, maintain and organize shipping supplies, and ensure the shipping area is organized, clean, and compliant. Additionally, the role requires learning and applying appropriate labeling for shipments of federally regulated products.
Requirements

Responsibilities

- Using computer hardware and software to generate labels for boxes to be shipped
- Maintaining and organizing adequate shipping supplies
- Ensuring shipping area is organized and clean at all times, and meets all compliance factors
- Learning and applying appropriate labeling to certain shipments of federally regulated products
