Requirements

One-year experience loading freight by hand in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
One-year experience with RF/Handheld scanners
Candidate must be able to work up to twelve hours in a shift Monday through Friday with mandatory Saturdays; work hours are dependent on work flow and season of the year
Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

Loading window units into trucks using carts and hand carts and stacking units safely and securely
Pulling units from staging bays using a pick sheet and loading onto carts
Scanning units onto truck using handheld scanners
Demonstrate the ability to communicate with other team members
Staging window units from production lines into staging bays
Assist in other areas in the department as needed—housekeeping, unloading trailers, etc
Wear proper safety equipment and follow all safety protocols
