Warehouse Shift Supervisor (Night Shift)
About The Position
The Warehouse Shift Supervisor leads teams of approximately 10–15 employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The team unloads boxes from trailers, ranging from 5 to 150 pounds, and builds pallets; trailers typically take 2–3 hours to complete. The supervisor oversees 4–5 teams working on multiple trailers and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The role is scheduled for either Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, or Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM. Supervisors may arrive 30–45 minutes early to prepare for the shift. Pay is $18 per hour plus a performance incentive for each completed trailer. Strong production can bring average earnings to approximately $25 per hour, with additional unload pay available when working directly on a trailer.
Requirements
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
- Comfort handling conflict and de-escalating situations.
- Physical capability to assist with warehouse work and handle boxes up to 150 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 employees.
- Track attendance and trailer start and completion times.
- Complete basic reports and documentation.
- Send start- and end-of-shift communications.
- Conduct safety talks and observations.
- Monitor productivity and address employee issues.
- Assist with unloading when needed.
