About The Position

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support distribution operations serving Dunkin’ restaurants. The role involves accurately picking, labeling, and palletizing products, building custom orders, and staging them for outbound delivery. Selectors work in dry, refrigerated, and freezer warehouse environments and use material-handling equipment and wearable computers with ring scanners. The schedule is Sunday through Friday, with Saturday and one weekday off, and an 8 a.m. start time. Requirements

Ability to work in dry ambient-temperature, cooler (34°F), and freezer (-10°F) environments.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
Ability to operate a shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-wrap products.
Ability to operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and high lifts.
Ability to work flexible days and hours; schedules may include weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience.
Sufficient English comprehension and communication skills to safely perform essential duties, use voice-directed warehouse technology, understand work and safety instructions, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers about operational and safety matters.
Desire and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to hand-select orders accurately and safely in different warehouse temperature environments.
Stack products on pallets according to operating procedures.
Stage pallets for loading at the assigned outbound dock location.
Maintain established selection rates across temperature zones.
Secure loads for transit using manual shrink-wrap or a shrink-wrap machine.
Perform daily safety inspections of material-handling equipment.
Safely operate equipment used to perform the role’s tasks.
Use proper and safe lifting techniques.
Meet company standards for safety, attendance, and conduct.
Immediately advise a supervisor of unsafe conditions or accidents.
Attend required company meetings.
Follow NDCP’s Good Distribution Practices.
Assist with warehouse organization and general housekeeping.
Cross-train in other functions and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
