About The Position

Publix Warehouse Selectors pull products ordered by Publix stores, place them onto pallets, wrap completed orders, and prepare them for truck delivery. Selectors use warehouse technology to identify ordered products and their locations, helping keep products stocked across Publix stores. Compensation after training varies by output, with opportunities to earn more through safe, efficient, and accurate work.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be able to work a rotating schedule that includes some weekends and holidays.
Be able to work fluctuating shifts when needed.
Be able to select, lift, carry, and stack products weighing up to 67 pounds for high velocity.
Be able to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive work for long periods.
Be able to operate a pallet truck or forklift without any part of the body exposed outside the operator compartment.
Obtain certification in pallet truck and forklift operations on or before the start date in the position.
Be able to read, write, identify, and verify numbers.
Be able to interpret, understand, and follow instructions.
Pass a Physical Agility Test before the start date, as applicable.
